On 7 October, when Level 3 restrictions went into place for the entire country, the Halla was closed. It is the policy to keep the Halla opened for Level 1 and 2 and then close it starting at Level 3. This closure is done in line with the public health guidelines and the requirements of the “Living with Covid” plan.
